Enrollment Fee:
$31 per unit
If you're a CA resident, taking in-person course(s), or stationed in CA, and your Account Balance shows a charge of non-resident tuition after you enroll in course(s), please email chaujacklyn@fhda.edu.
Mandatory Fees (reported to and covered by the VA):

Voluntary Fees (NOT reported to or covered by the VA depending on your Chapter):

These fees may be paid out-of-pocket OR may be covered by Financial Aid depending on your award package. Click on each link below to see what the fee covers and how to waive it (if eligible).

- Campus Center Fee($20)
The Campus Center Fee can be waived for classes originally scheduled as an online class on the catalogue and for students who live outside of the district service area. Hybrid classes are not eligible for the campus center fee waiver. - SmartPass Fee
($7.75 full-time | $6.75 part-time | $5.75 enrolled in < 6 units) The VTA SmartPass quarterly fee is automatically waived if a student lives outside of the Santa Clara County and is enrolled only in online class(es) for the quarter. - Student Body Fee($10)
