Blueprint for Success – Goals and Objectives
The ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Education Plan (EP) was rebranded as the "Blueprint for Success 2030" beginning in 2025. College goals and objectives are identified in the document and will help prioritize institution- and program-level strategies to support students more effectively.
2030 Foothill Broad Transformational GoalsTransformational Goal 1:By 2030, equitably retain 89% of first time students fall to fall with no student demographic disparities. Transformational Goal 2:By 2030, 88% of employees rate their career satisfaction as high with no disparities based on employee classification or demographic. Achieving These Broader GoalsTo acheive our broader transformational goals, we developed four 5-year more specific goals—each with a set of objectives. |
